Senior Wholesale Field Sales Representative, Crop Protection

Job Description:
- Build and maintain trusted, positive relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape
- Utilize proficient knowledge of product offerings to expand product placement and improve customer profitability
- Negotiate pricing and business agreements
- Develop and strengthen relationships with business partners
- Prepare business proposals and sales presentations
- Collaborate with other CHS teams to leverage business relationships
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations
- 50% travel
- Strong understanding of crop protection, agricultural supply chains, and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Outside sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
