What will your “daily grind” look like?‍<ul><li>Build & Learn: Contribute to our core React app alongside senior mentors who are invested in your growth.</li><li>Collaborate: Work in an agile environment, participating in planning sessions where your ideas on UI/UX and component design actually matter.</li><li>Global Impact: Help maintain integrations with third-party systems that power our digital marketing platform.</li><li>Code Quality: Learn the ropes of writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code through active code reviews.</li></ul> <h3>What we're looking for:</h3>We value potential and curiosity over years of experience. If you have a solid foundation and a "can-do" attitude, we want to talk to you.Required basics:<ul><li>Frontend Frameworks Fundamentals: You’ve built projects (even personal ones) using ReactJS, VueJS or other frameworks.</li><li>Web Basics: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and how to use UI libraries to make things look sharp.</li><li>The Logic: Familiarity with data structures and at least one Object-Oriented language (Java, C#, etc.), preferably Javascript.</li><li>API Savvy: You know how to fetch data from a REST API and display it.</li><li>Communication: Strong English skills (we are a global team!).</li><li>Constant pursuit for excellence.</li><li>Strong capacity of Time and Priorities Management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.</li></ul>Bonus Point:<ul><li>Experience with ReactJS or GraphQL.</li><li>Experience with TypeScript</li><li>Familiarity with the basics of version control (branches, commits, pull requests).</li><li>A passion for Digital Marketing or the AdTech industry. </li><li>Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.</li></ul> <h2>The Leadzai Experience</h2>We manage by principles and founding beliefs.
