Ensure timely and accurate processing of all e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, and shipping. Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain inventory levels and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Communicate any shipment delays or issues to relevant parties and provide resolution. Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments and customer information. Assist with packaging and labeling of products for shipment. Work closely with the customer service team to address any shipping-related inquiries or concerns. Follow all safety and security protocols while handling and shipping products. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on changes and developments in the e-commerce and logistics industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives related to e-commerce and logistics.
